GEL NPK is a formulated nutritional product and not just a simple mixture of raw materials like most NPK fertilizers in powder form. It has uniform and simultaneous solubility of all nutrients during use, while avoiding precipitation in the containers of the nutrient solution. In contrast, common NPK water-soluble powder fertilizers, which are produced through a mixture of raw materials, have increased variability in grain size that leads to uneven dilution of nutrients, as smaller grains dissolve first.

Conductivity and salinity index are kept very low so that the soil is not damaged by the unknown concentration of salts.
